What is the guest appearance procedure?
To appear on the podcast, you first need to submit a guest application. During the application process, you will provide some basic details about yourself and your work. After reviewing the application, our team schedules a pre-interview call where you meet the host, Yogi Saurav Nath, and discuss the potential topics for the episode.
How long is a podcast episode?
Most episodes run between 35–40 minutes. However, the exact length may vary depending on the flow and depth of the conversation.
What is the format of the podcast?
The podcast follows a conversational format guided by a set of pre-decided questions. The discussion is natural, engaging, and focused on your experiences, insights, and journey.
Will I receive the questions in advance?
Yes. After the pre-interview call, our team will send you 10–12 questions that will likely be discussed during the episode. These questions are provided so you can review and prepare. You are not required to submit written answers.
Can I suggest changes to the questionnaire?
Absolutely. If you feel certain topics should be added, removed, or modified, you can share your suggestions with our team. We are happy to align the questions to ensure the conversation brings out the best insights from your journey.
Can I promote my book, course, or website during the episode?
Yes. We include a dedicated question in every episode that allows guests to promote their book, course, program, website, or any initiative they would like listeners to know about.
Is the podcast live or pre-recorded?
All episodes are pre-recorded to ensure high production quality and a smooth listening experience.
What is the production and release timeline?
The recording date is scheduled through Calendly based on the availability of both the host and the guest. After recording, the production process takes approximately two weeks. Once editing is complete, a review meeting is scheduled where the host and guest review the final produced content. After this review, the episode goes live within the next 5 days according to the podcast release schedule, followed by promotional activities.
